Steps
1. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.
Add a tablespoon of oil.
2. When the oil is shimmering, add the garlic and onions and cook until fragrant and golden, about 3 minutes.
3. Push the onions and garlic aside and crack the eggs into the pan.
4. Spread the cooked onions and garlic over the eggs and let set.
5. Add the uncooked rice to the pan and mix it into the onion mixture.
6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan.
7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally until the rice is cooked.
8. Turn off the heat and stir in the yogurt until combined.
9. Serve hot with extra yogurt on the side.
