Indian Spiced Cereal Rice

A healthy and flavorful Indian main dish made with a combination of cereal and rice, infused with aromatic spices and vegetables.

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onions. Sauté until onions turn translucent. 2. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they become soft and pulpy. 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. 4. Add the cooked rice and cereal to the pan. Mix gently until all the ingredients are well combined. 5. Cover the pan and let the rice cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro. 7. Serve hot as a main dish or as a side with your favorite Indian curry.
