Steps

1. Slice the onion, bell pepper, and tomato into thin strips. 2. Cut the turkey breast into small bite-sized pieces. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 4. Add the onions and peppers to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened. 5. Add the turkey to the pan and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until cooked through. 6. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until heated through. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
