Grilled Banana Chicken

Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and olive oil. 3. Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 4. While the chicken is grilling, peel and slice the bananas. 5. In a small skillet, heat the honey over medium heat. 6. Add the banana slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until caramelized. 7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. 8. Serve the grilled chicken topped with the caramelized bananas. 9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
