Steps
1. In a bowl, marinate the lamb pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated lamb and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the broccoli florets, apple slices, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to combine.
4. Serve the Indian spiced lamb with the broccoli and apple salad on the side.
