
Steps
- In a bowl, combine corn kernels, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
- Pour the milk mixture into the corn mixture and stir until well combined.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the corn mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove fritters from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
