Steps
1. In a bowl, combine corn kernels, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
3. Pour the milk mixture into the corn mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the corn mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
6. Remove fritters from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
