Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Toast the slice of bread in the oven until lightly golden. 3. Meanwhile, in a bowl whisk together the egg and ketchup. 4. Pour the egg mixture into a greased frying pan and cook until the egg is set. 5. Place the egg on top of the toasted bread. 6. Top with the mozzarella cheese and olives. 7. Bake for 8 minutes until the cheese is melted. 8. Enjoy warm!
