1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Place all of the cheeses in a medium bowl, and stir to combine. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic until they are fully incorporated. 4. Pour the olive oil mixture over the cheese and mix to fully incorporate. 5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the cheese mixture evenly across. 6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. 7. Let cool before serving.
