Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium pan over a medium-high heat. 2. Add the onions and fry them until they are golden and a bit soft. 3. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for another minute. 4. Crack the egg into the pan and stir until it is fully cooked. 5. Add the rice and mix well with the other ingredients. 6. Drizzle the ketchup over the rice and mix gently. 7. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until everything is hot and well mixed. 8. Serve and enjoy!

1 egg, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger, 1 teaspoon of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 1 small chopped onion.
