
Steps
- In a bowl, mash the cooked chickpeas.
- 2. Add the freshly chopped coriander leaves, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and oil.
- 3. Mix everything together until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into round patties.
- 5. Heat a pan with oil and shallow fry the kebabs on both sides until they are brown in colour.
- 6. Serve hot with chutney.

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
