Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté until soft (about 3-4 minutes).
5. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan, mixing well with the sauce.
8. Season with chili flakes, adjusting to your heat preference.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
