Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, grated ginger, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
5. In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up.
6. Once the chicken is cooked, plate it and top with the fried egg.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
