Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. In a small bowl, combine the jelly, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
4. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and pour the jelly mixture over it, making sure it is evenly coated.
