Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the caramelized onions. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the pasta hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
