Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the thosai according to package instructions or from scratch.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips.
6. Serve the crispy chicken over a hot thosai, generously pour curry sauce over the top, and garnish with chopped green onions.
