Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Dip the chicken in beaten egg, then coat it with Panko breadcrumbs. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). 4. In a separate saucepan, heat the Japanese curry sauce until warm. 5. Cook the Thosai according to package instructions or until golden brown on both sides. 6. On a plate, place the Thosai, add a serving of cooked rice, and top with the Katsu chicken. 7. Pour the warm curry sauce over the Katsu and rice. 8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
