Keto Paneer Tikka Masala

A flavorful and creamy Indian dish made with grilled paneer chunks in a spicy tomato-based sauce. This keto-friendly version is low in carbs and high in protein.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred. 3. In a separate pan, heat ghee and sauté chopped onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. 4. Stir in tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook the masala sauce for 5-7 minutes until it thickens. 5. Add grilled paneer cubes to the masala sauce and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. 6. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional minute. 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with cauliflower rice or keto-friendly naan.
