Steps
1. Spread the hummus evenly over the whole wheat tortilla.
2. Layer the shredded carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, and avocado on one side of the tortilla.
3. Drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Roll the tortilla tightly from the side with the fillings, creating a wrap.
5. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately or pack for later.
