Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water to make the pancake batter.
2. Add chopped kimchi, kimchi juice, green onions, salt, sugar, and soy sauce to the batter. Mix well.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan, spreading it into a round shape.
5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
7. Serve the kimchi jeon hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
