Steps

1. Rinse the dried seaweed under cold water until it expands and softens, about 10 minutes. 2. In a pot, combine the soaked seaweed and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 3. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and cubed tofu. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes. 5. Stir in the chopped green onion and season with salt to taste before serving.
