Lebanese Spiced Chicken Tawook

A flavorful Lebanese grilled chicken dish marinated in a blend of yogurt, garlic, and traditional spices. Perfectly tender and aromatic, served with a side of garlic sauce or fresh salad.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper. 2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 3. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers or cook directly in the pan. 5. Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred. 6. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with garlic sauce or a fresh salad.
