
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken with the garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken 8 minutes per side until it is almost cooked through.
- Place the chicken in an oven-proof dish and top with cheese.
- Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat the cooked rice according to package instructions.
- Plate the dish and pour the melted cheese all over.
- Sprinkle with parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
