Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the chicken breast in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken breast and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
5. Remove from pan and let rest for 2 minutes.
6. Serve garnished with a lemon wedge if desired.
