Garlic Butter Chicken Breast

Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown. 4. Flip the chicken and add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. 5. Spoon the melted butter and garlic over the chicken as it cooks for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. 6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired. 7. Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before serving.
