Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Add fresh spinach and a tablespoon of water, sauté until spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, drizzle lemon juice over both chicken and spinach.
8. Cook for another minute to blend flavors.
9. Serve immediately.
