Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s well-coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill.
5. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
