Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the salmon fillet with the herb mixture on both sides.
4. Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
6. Remove from grill and let it rest for a minute before serving.
