Steps
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
4. While the chicken cooks, carefully separate the lettuce leaves and wash them.
5. Once the chicken is done, assemble the tacos by placing a spoonful of chicken onto each lettuce leaf.
6. Top with diced tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt if desired.
