Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. If using fresh cauliflower, pulse it in a food processor until it resembles rice. If using frozen, thaw and drain excess moisture. 3. In a bowl, combine cauliflower rice, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined. 4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza crust. 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy. 6. Remove crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top. 7. Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired. 8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. 9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
