
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
