Steps

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the top.
6. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
7. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
