Steps
1. In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa. Set aside.
2. Season the beef slices with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
3. Quickly sear the beef for about 2-3 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the trout fillet and cook for about 2-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
5. To serve, place the seared beef and trout on a plate, topped with the mango salsa and garnish with fresh cilantro.
