
Steps
- Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchini into long, thin noodles.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the zucchini noodles and stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
