Steps
1. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchini into long, thin noodles.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
4. In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the zucchini noodles and stir until melted and creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
