Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and oregano.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Add the sliced green and black olives, stirring to combine with the garlic.
7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, tossing with the olives for another 2 minutes.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and a lemon wedge.
