Ginger Soy Glazed Chicken

A savory and slightly sweet dish featuring tender chicken thighs marinated in a ginger-soy glaze. This meal brings a burst of flavor to your plate while being simple to prepare.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade. 2. Place the chicken thigh in a zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later. 4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. 5. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and let it reduce for 2-3 minutes, coating the chicken. 6. Serve the chicken hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
