Steps
1. Begin by seasoning the chicken breast with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the seasoned chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is cooking, melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle the melted chocolate over it and allow it to rest for a minute.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
