
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the diced salmon and lime juice. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes to lightly 'cook' the salmon.
- Add the diced mango, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl. Gently mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If using, layer the ceviche on top of avocado slices.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips on the side.
