Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut a pocket into the side of the chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olives, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff the olive mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast.
5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breast on both sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Transfer the chicken breast to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
