Mustard-Glazed Lamb with Mushroom Rice

Steps

1. Season the lamb chop with salt and pepper. 2. In a bowl, mix mustard and a bit of salt, then spread it over the lamb chop. 3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, sear the lamb chop for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. 4. In the same pan, sauté the onions and mushrooms until golden. 5. Add rice and sauté for another minute. 6. Pour in water or broth, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked. 7. Serve the lamb chop over the mushroom rice.
