Pickle-Stuffed Chicken Breast

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Slice the chicken breast horizontally, creating a pocket for the pickles. 3. Season the inside of the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 4. Place the sliced pickles inside the pocket of the chicken breast. 5. Secure the chicken breast with toothpicks to keep the pickles inside. 6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. 7. Sear the chicken breast on both sides until golden brown. 8. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 9. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
