Steps
1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold milk and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the remaining milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
3. Stir in the Nutella and sugar (if using) until fully combined.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the bloomed gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved.
5. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
6. Pour the mixture into a serving cup or mold and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours, or until set.
7. Once set, top with crushed peanuts for added crunch and flavor before serving.
