Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. In a bowl, combine the garlic, oregano, bell peppers, olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix until combined.
3. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish.
4. Place the bell pepper mixture around the chicken.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the vegetables and chicken are cooked through.
6. Serve hot.
