Steps

1. Season the cod fillet with salt and pepper. 2. Dredge the seasoned cod fillet in flour, shaking off any excess. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 4. Add the cod fillet to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Remove the cooked cod fillet from the skillet and set aside. 6. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. 7. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. 8. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 9. Place the cooked cod fillet on a plate and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top. 10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
