Steps

1. Season the cod fillet with salt and pepper. 2. Dredge the seasoned cod fillet in flour, shaking off any excess. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 4. Add the cod fillet to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Remove the cooked cod fillet from the skillet and set aside. 6.
