Steps
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Rub the cod fillet with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the cod fillet in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
4. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of the cod and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
5. Serve the cod with your favorite side dish.
