Pan-seared Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Steps

1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Place the salmon fillet in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and browned. 4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. 5. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside. 6. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 7. Add lemon juice and stir well to combine. 8. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the lemon butter sauce over the top. 9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
