Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Once the oil is hot, add the tuna steak and sear for about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
4. In a bowl, mix together the diced avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make the salsa.
5. Remove the tuna from the pan, let it rest for a minute, and then slice it.
6. Serve the sliced tuna topped with the avocado salsa.
