Steps
1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic, diced potato, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well. Add lemon juice and chopped parsley, and stir to combine.
5. Serve warm, topped with grated cheese if desired.
