Pistachio Praline Stuffed Brownies

Decadent chocolate brownies filled with a rich and crunchy pistachio praline center, combining the intense flavor of dark chocolate with the nutty sweetness of pistachios for a delightful treat.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. 2. Melt the dark chocolate and 30g butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until pale and fluffy. 4. Slowly combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture. 5. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the wet ingredients and fold gently until just combined. 6. To prepare the pistachio praline, melt 5g butter in a small pan, add honey and powdered sugar, stirring until caramelized. Mix in the crushed pistachios and spread on parchment paper to cool. 7. Once the praline is set but still malleable, break into small pieces. 8. Pour half of the brownie batter into the dish, place pieces of pistachio praline evenly over it, then cover with the remaining batter. 9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs. 10. Let cool before slicing and serving.
