Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix crushed pistachios, sugar, and ground cinnamon.
3. Lay the phyllo dough sheet on a clean surface and brush it with melted butter.
4. Sprinkle the pistachio mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
5. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
6. Brush the top with more melted butter.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine honey and water; bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
9. Once the baklava rolls are done, drizzle the honey syrup over them while they are still warm.
10. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
