Pork with Mushrooms

A quick, yet nice main dish, that pairs well with boiled vegetables

Steps

1. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add pork strips and cook until lightly browned. 3. Add mushrooms and stir for 1-2 minutes. 4. Mix bouillon cube, vegetable oil, cornstarch, water, garlic powder and salt and pepper. 5. Pour the mixture over the pork and mushrooms, and stir until sauce thickens. 6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until pork is cooked through. 7. Serve and enjoy!

For 1 person: - 120 g pork strips - 50 g mushrooms - 1/2 bouillon cube - 2 Tsp vegetable oil - 2 Tsp cornstarch - 1/4 cup water - 1/2 Tsp garlic powder - salt and pepper to taste
