Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and egg whites until smooth.
2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, then stir it into the batter (or add the peanut butter).
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
4. Pour a ladle of pancake batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
6. Serve the pancakes warm, drizzled with honey and additional melted chocolate if desired.
